Delete your PawnStars account

Inside the app

Open Settings → Delete account and data. Confirm your request and, if asked, sign in again. New access stops immediately. Cleanup retries are scheduled for private records and photos within a limited queue window. If the request fails, retry while signed in to complete account identity deletion, or contact support if the failure continues. No fixed completion time is promised. Short-lived image links can remain valid briefly as described in the privacy policy.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@secondwindltd.xyz with the subject “PawnStars account deletion”. We will verify ownership before acting. Do not send your password or authentication token.

Cancel a subscription separately

Delete account does not cancel a store subscription. Manage subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account to stop future renewals.

What is removed

Your research photographs, saved reports, private notes and preferences are removed from active storage. Necessary billing/security records may be retained where required; backup/provider retention is governed by the production policy.
